Job Overview

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Your role will involve managing daily activities, fostering communication with both children and parents, and promoting positive relationships within the nursery setting.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality childcare in a safe and engaging environment.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
Manage daily routines, ensuring that all children's needs are met effectively.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and achievements.
Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages children to explore and learn.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the nursery operates smoothly and efficiently.
Uphold health and safety standards within the nursery at all times.
Qualifications
Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
A genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their development.
Knowledge of child development theories and practices is beneficial.
